"Mwah! Beautiful! Beautiful!" Gabrielle received not only hugs from the old lady but kisses on her cheeks.
A smile easily manifested on her face when Kyle's grandma lifted her chin and said, "Young and beautiful. My grandson sure knows how to choose."
"This is grandma Amanda," introduced Kate. "She's Dad's mom. You'll meet my other grandma when they will be back from their vacation."
Now, with all four of them settled on the bed, Amanda inquired, "Now, child, tell me about yourself. What do you do? Your parents and where do you live?"
Gabrielle's eyes widened. She pursed her lips, looking at the other two ladies, eagerly waiting for her answer.
"Um, I'm still studying," Gabrielle answered delicately. "I - I could not finish my degree earlier because I was working at the same time."
