Chapter 24: This Was A Date?
While being guided by Kyle behind her back, Gabrielle placed her hand on her chest. She could literally feel her heart pounding against it.
'Why on earth did Kyle bring me to his parent's house? What for? Aren't we supposed to meet his girlfriend?' Her mind pondered around these thoughts.
As they were standing there by the mansion's vast door, she could feel herself chickening out and running towards the gate.
Just as she was thinking this, the door opened, and a woman in her fifties came out. She had beautiful blue eyes that sparkled against the lights. Her golden curls flowing down to her shoulders, and she had a body like a young lady in her thirties.
Instantly, Gabrielle silently expressed, 'Wow!'
Gabrielle observed as the woman smiled at her and cheerfully asked, "You must be Gaby?!"
