"What's wrong Aunt Camille?" Asked Max. Suddenly he felt nervous. Everyone also became nervous when Aunt Camille said something was wrong with Erella. Erella's furry friends stopped eating their food and went to her with worried looks on their faces.
"Her mana is rapidly increasing. If we will not do something about it, her body can't handle it." Aunt Camille said seriously.
Erella looked at her confusingly because she could not feel anything was wrong with her body. She didn't feel any pain in her chest just the same as before. All she could feel was her mana was kept on increasing.
"Erella are you sick?" Tubby asked worriedly.
"I am not sick Tubby. I'm perfectly fine." Erella answered.
"But the beautiful lady said something is not good happening to your body," Tubby said worriedly. Eddy nodded his head when Tubby said it. Then he looked at Flynn.
<Thank you for reading. See you in the next chapter. :)
It was been a week since they suppressed her mana using the ancient magical artifact from her mother. And also it was been a week since she started training her body to make it strong. At first, she thought she will do something extraordinary training to strengthen her body like what she watched in anime. But she thought wrong because all she did was an exercise that normal people do in her previous life as Sandy. Like, push up, squats, jogging for five rounds in the entire training field of Von Heinlein estate, and planking. She was also drinking some medicine to strengthen her body. She really hated it because it tasted bitter. She wanted to refuse it but Aunt Camille and Max were looking at her with puppy eyes. She could not say no when they look at her like that so even she hated the medicine that the doctor gave, she drank it because of them. 'Father's potion was way better than this quack doctor.' She glared at the doctor when Max and Aunt Camille was no
"Why the royal palace sent an invitation here, Max?" Erella asked. Max pondered for a moment. He was thinking why the royale palace sent him an invitation. His highness will send him only an invitation if some important meetings or gatherings are happening in the palace. So as far as he remembered, there were no official meetings or gatherings that will happen soon. "I am not sure why they sent me an invitation," Max uttered. "Then let's check out what the invitation is," Erella said. Max agreed and took the invitation from George. The old butler excused himself out while he took the letter opener and sat on the couch where Erella was sitting. He opened the invitation letter and read it. While reading the invitation letter, Max's eyebrows were knitted together. Erella who was watching him was curious why he was making that kind of face. "What does it say, Max?" Erella eagerly questioned him. Max put the invit
CLIP! CLOP! CLIP! CLOP! Aunt Camille was sitting happily in the Carriage while holding Erella on her lap. They were going to the capital to buy her new dresses for the ball. While traveling going to the capital, Aunt Camille kept on talking about the dresses she wanted to buy her but she was not responding because she was stupefied. She thought she will sit beside her, not on her lap. She returned to her senses when she felt Aunt Camille playing with her blonde hair. "Aunt Camille, I want to sit beside you not on your... on your lap," Erella murmured but Aunt Camille didn't hear her. She was immersed in her happiness. "Surely, our Erella will be adorable in any kind of dress she will wear." Aunt Camille commented while kneading her soft cheeks. Erella shyly blushed and lowered her head. 'Aunt Camille please, stop! Max is looking at us.' She wanted to say because Aunt Camille was treating her like a kid. She
"Haahhhhhhhhhh." Erella groaned when she laid down on the bed after Aunt Camille, Max, and her went shopping for the whole half day. Her whole body was aching because of exhaustion. It felt like her whole body was punched by someone, especially her legs. She preferred to feel the pain she had when Danica made her angry and accidentally used her mana than the pain she was having at the moment. The pain she felt that time was like hundreds of ants bit her heart but after she calmed down, the pain also disappeared. But now, they already finished their shopping and she was already laying down on the bed, she could still feel the throbbing pain all over her body, especially her legs. Then she recalled what happened earlier. When they entered the boutique they went to before, the people who were already inside were surprised to see them, especially Stephanie, who was the owner of that boutique. Last time, Stephanie was already surprised to hear from h
It's been three days when Erella heard from Flynn about the thousand-year ginseng. She didn't tell Aunt Camille and Max about it yet because they were so busy. Yesterday, Max just received a letter from his majesty that indicates he will approve his engagement with Erella after the royal ball. So Max and Aunt Camille excitedly decided to celebrate their engagement a week after the ball she will attend. 'Geez! Why the heck do we need approval from the king before we will get engaged officially? That is absurd! He is not our family or relatives!' Erella thought rolling her eyes. She thought after she got the approval from her stepmother, they were already engaged. And people in the empire will just recognize them as an official couple after they will celebrate their engagement. But she thought wrong. In this world, those high-ranking nobles need to ask approval from the king first before they are officially engaged. 'What the h
"Fairy?!" Erella uttered. She was looking at the creature with amazement. Her gaze was concentrated on the tiny human. She overlooked the web where the fairy was stuck because she was really awestruck looking at it. The little fairy was a chubby little girl with short curly bluish hair. And she was glowing like a dim light bulb. "AWWWW! She's sooooooo cute!" She said thrilled with excitement. That was the first time she saw a fairy. In her past life as Sandy, she really wanted to see a fairy, because fairy on Earth was just a myth. Even the monsters she faced before were just a myth in her past life. Facing them for the first time gave her a fright for a second but when she thought of her tremendous power she instantly forget the fear, only a feeling of disgust left in her when she was looking at their hideous sight. "ARGH!" The little fairy groaned while struggling hard to get out from the web. After a while, she was exha
Lily, the little fairy was left surprised inside Erella's room. She couldn't believe there was someone who could praise her for how good her magic was. Usually, her fellow fairies mocked her because she's weak. All she can do was, transform someone and heal their minor wounds. Unlike the other fairies, they could do more than that with their magic. Lily's fear of Erella suddenly disappeared. And then, a smile broke across her face. She felt overwhelmed for the first praise she received that she didn't notice Erella had already gone out of the room. A few moments later, she remembered her transformation magic will last for only three hours. And she forgot to tell Erella about it. "Where did she go?" She asked herself when she could not see Erella in the room. Then she saw the door was opened. She hurriedly flew towards the door and looked for Erella. But she was startled because there were other humans outside the room. "M--Milady?" The m
Thirty minutes earlier... Max was in his office room just staring blankly at the documents in front of him while his secretary, Damian was looking at him anxiously. Damian knew that his young duke's mind was not on his work because for the entire day he never touch the documents on his table. Their young duke's mind kept on wandering to their young ladyship's room. Damian knew that their young duke was worried about their young ladyship's first ball in society. But their young duke needs to finish the pile of documents on his table because they will be needed by tomorrow. "Your grace, those documents are needed by tomorrow so please I beg you to finish your work by today," Damian said while sobbing internally. But Max didn't hear him at all, his mind was full of Erella who will go to the ball. He was still against the idea of Erella going to the ball because he knew what will happen to her if she will attend the ball.
