XERCEL'S POV:

I nodded. "What are we going to tell his grandfather now?" I asked with a helpless tone and looked in her direction.

She glanced back at me for a second before turning her attention back to the road. "I don't know the answer to that either. The only thing I know is that we will be scolded at some point.” She answered in a worried tone causing me to pout.

"You're right, and I need a break too. I haven't slept since that night, and I even got kicked by a monkey that time.” I groaned with a frown and looked out the window.

"There is nothing we can do, Xercel. As much as we all need and want to rest, we can’t. We need to find her first because even though we can rest physically, I know mentally and emotionally, we are still a burden." She said with a sigh.
