After leaving Amy's hotel, Bastian decided to go back to his palace. He had been away for a while, and he also realized that Amy needed time to get over her anger.

On his way back to the palace, he kept remembering how he bared his heart out to Amy and told her how he felt. The way she reacted deeply hurt him because it was the first time he had ever opened up to any woman in his life. But then again, he knew that he was the reason why Amy acted that way.
