JAYDEN’S P.O.V.

It seemed our roles were reversed now. Nash stayed busy throughout the day and I, well, I stayed glued to Myra and Devi. Myra lived in a faraway city, the name of which I forgot the moment she told me, and had come down to keep me company for a few days.

“I had a hunch that you would need help,” she had grinned when she had moved in one of the guest rooms close to mine.

“I thought only alpha males and females lived on this floor,” I had asked Devi when Myra had walked into her room.

“Oh, Myra is alpha female, just one level down to me… her father run entire North region of India…” Devi whispered back.
