JAYDEN’S P.O.V.

“I am not surprised that we don’t have any wolves here,” I spoke as I stared around. Beggars, hawkers, and many random people were littered around the city.

“How do we even find our princess?” the driver asked.

But then alpha opened his eyes and spoke, “No, I cannot locate or contact either of the girls.”

I sighed. I had not expected it, but I would not lie that I was not disappointed.

“We are at least in the right city!” the security guard pointed.

But then suddenly, the alpha exclaimed. He exclaimed so loudly that the driver almost lost control of the car and I jumped at least two feet in the air, banging my head on the side.

“What happened?” I demanded, clutching my head.

“The bar,” he spoke.

“Where we left the money?” I asked.

“Yes, it is gone…” he whispered.

“Gone? As in?” I asked suspiciously.

“There was a blast in it, and it is totally ablaze… two of our men standing outside are dead!” he whispered sadly.
