“Lylia…” Griswold affectionately muttered while caressing his wife’s thin hands.

His eyes were misty because of both happiness and grief. After so many years of sacrifices of looking after the mysterious Sun Triad Flower, they had finally found it. Moreover, they found it on the day where his wife’s life was in danger.

He clenched his fist tight before standing up. “Wait for me, this time I’ll definitely help you recover.”

However, there’s no response from his wife. He could only sigh helplessly before leaving the room.

“My lord, the carriage you asked had already been prepared.” the butler that welcomed him a few hours ago reported.

Before visiting his wife, he specifically looked for him to prepare a carriage. He plan to visit his old friend who’s helping him take care of his wife.
