Mom

Mom and I were on our way back to the farm. I was unloading some bags from the truck as was Mom.

-Elizabeth, you have a very handsome boss," she looked so animated, "I'd better watch out for that, there might be an opportunity there.

-Mom," I shook my head, "do you think a guy like him would notice a girl like me? Believe me, I'd be his last choice-we were walking towards the house with the cardboard bags in our arms-if you only saw the women who follow him.

Soon Leo arrived to help us with the rest of the shopping. He was wearing jeans full of dirt, a half-buttoned plaid shirt, brown leather boots and a half-tight beige hat, his hair was sticking out on the sides, apparently he had changed a little.

-Hello, Elizabeth," he glanced at me from head to toe, "from what I can see you've changed a lot, it's been so long since I've looked at you," he took the rest of his purchases.

-Hello, Leo," I answered without any expression on my face, "yes, apparently you get lost around here for a whi
