Chapter 108
Mark and Andrew were out of their bedrooms dressed up and ready to go.
"Good to see you are still around Nicole", Andrew said, glad to see her. He didn't like that she had to experience the sort of embarrassment Mildred put her through and was glad she stuck around and sorted things out with Lucas.
"It's good to see you once again Andrew", Nicole said, looking at him with a smile on her face before looking at Lucas.
"It's good to see you again", Mark said to her.
"Thank you", Nicole said appreciatively.
"It's 9:15 AM, we should be on our way now", Lucas said to all of them. He got up from his seat as he helped Nicole do the same.

The taxi slowly trailed Nicole as she walked along the road. She hadn't yet sensed she was being followed as she walked along. She got to a bus stop where she took a bus ride to their house. Mildred got into the taxi, where the taxi driver had kept his meter running."Let's go", she said.The taxi driver could see Nicole standing outside of her front door and knew she was fine. As much as he wanted to make extra cash, he didn't want to be part of a murder accessory."Where to?", he asked, looking at her from the rear view mirror."To the northern part of the city", she said, a bit impatiently."Got you", he said, as he drove off in that direction.It was a long drive from where they were but he didn't mind, as long as it would fetch him more money.

Mildred visiting her at her home this morning almost ruined her mood. But she was still happy and thought it best to visit Angela and tell her about her wonderful news.She went back inside her apartment and grabbed her car keys where she usually kept them, in the drawer in her bedroom, before she stepped outside into her muscle car and drove off.Mildred would still be at home by this time at her apartment and she wanted to see her before they went to work later in the morning.
