Her relationship with the vampire hybrids had been discovered. She was totally surprised and caught unawares.
"How did they figure out about Lucas?", she thought to herself, as she looked at Lord Dracula from where he sat. She knew she had to give him a reply soon, unless his anger will flare up again.
"It was by accident, it was fate", she said to him. This time around she tried to regain her composure.
"I barely survived the first encounter but he saw something in me and spared my life", she said.
Lord Dracula was stunned by what she said. It was shocking and made no sense.
He gave a menacing laugh.
