Atlas, Calli, Nolan and Fallon are already at the bowling alley. It’s buzzing with people and some eighties music is coming from the sound system, not hugely my thing. I like mostly nineties tracks and I’m really into Taylor Swift, like forever.

“Hey guys.” Cody slaps hands with Atlas. “Thanks for coming, just kinda needed to get out of the house.” So did I, if anyone bothers to ask. It was getting pretty intense to say the least. Him sitting on the damn sofa next to me was more than I could take. I’m hating that my body wants him so much.

“Hi, Imogen. How are you?” Fallon asks. I tell you this girl gets more beautiful by the day with her golden-blonde, shoulder length hair and bangs. Her brown eyes remind me of cow eyes they’re so huge and warm.

“I’m good thanks, Fallon. It’s been ages since I saw you last.” We give each other a girl hug. She sure looks pretty with her denim pedal pushers and a floaty sky-blue top with daisies on it.

“I know, right? You’ve been so busy in
