"Oh, my God!" screeched Caraline as she fell to the grass. She could feel the stinging in her leg.

"A wound like that won't make you give up, will it?" Deric moved the wheelchair forward slightly, bending down to pick up the scattered objects from the box.

"Don't ever touch my stuff!" Caraline brushed off Deric's hand roughly. The woman picked up the fallen items, quickly returning them to the box. She tried to stand up and unfortunately fell back down.

"You look like had a pretty rough day," Deric said, "You didn't come to the office with tree branches and leaves in your hair, did you?"

"Forget about it!" snapped Caraline as she gently massaged her foot. "It's all because of that damn snake! Next time I'm going to have an officer check the whole house."

"What did you do there in the morning?" asked Deric, "If you want to exercise, I can accompany you. We can encourage each other."
