Beep! Beep!! Beep!!!

Noah's phone beeps continuously. He snuggled under the duvet, squeezing his face and spewing gibberish with his eyes tightened.

Seeing that the noise wasn't stopping, he annoyingly grabbed his phone from the shelf and put it in his ear with his eyes still closed.

"Isn't it too early to disturb me with phone calls?" He mumbled, yawning.

"Idiot! Where are you?" His dad's voice echoed at the other end of the phone.

"I am at ... I am... I went somewhere and slept over last night,"

"Nonsense! Check the internet right now, fool,"

" What's getting you so...," He opened his eyes wearily and checked the internet with the call ongoing.

His eyes, which were filled with sleepiness, sharpened at once. "What!"

He returned his phone to his ear.

His dad cut him short before he could talk, "Leave that place and come home right now," The call disconnected immediately.

Looking at the news headline and the pictures on his phone, different emotions swelled within Noah.
