This morning I hear Amory vomiting from her bathroom since her bedroom door has been left open. She’s due to appear in court today and her anxiety is simply sweltering over. I am understandably pissed the fuck off since Amory’s last date with Spencer. She brings me out to the spot by the lake we’d snuck off to a few times, only to tell me they had sex the night before. I wake up in the bed of my Brooklyn apartment wrapped in Jonny’s arms, and if we weren’t both completely naked I’d almost be inclined to believe that the last few months of my life were just some really bad dream. I called Spin last night and plead with him for space, and after promising to return to the lake house by Saturday he reluctantly agreed. I feel sick, although I don’t admit this to Jonny. Instead, I emphasize that my feet hurt, my back hurts, my boobs hurt, my butt even hurts, and I’m just tired beyond exhaustion.
