Chapter 54 - Daniel
Dante's eyes fix on mine. I know what he wants, but I won't give in to his canine charms. I put the last bite of steak in my mouth as he cocks his head. I wipe the right corner of my lips with a cloth napkin, get up from my chair, pick up my plate, and put it in the dishwasher. I fix up the kitchen with lightning speed.
