Two month later, James and Emma’s fling had turned into an affair. They were now regulars in hotels meeting twice in a week for a couple of hours and every other fortnight weekend, they were spending an entire night together. Their relationship was strengthened under a false conviction that both of them was not aware of.
After hearing from Trish the news that James had chased Connie away in a brutal manner, Emma was ecstatic that he had obeyed her words by acting accordingly and this reaction drew her closer to him. While James was the man, Emma felt empowered to exercise her domineering spirit over him, she was the one calling all the shots in their relationship, deciding when and where they meet.
