I could not think. I could barely even concentrate on anything or let my thoughts wander to any other person apart from Arianna and her son whom I met today at the super market.

I am still in shock as to the woman I saw. That woman was not the Arianna I knew in the past. No she can not be. She looked so wealthy, had an aura of authority flowing all around her with her top class elegance to match.

Even her outfits were different. No! Impossible. I bolted up from the sofa and paced all around the living room. That could not just be Arianna.

How? How did she get to look so rich? And her son, that same boy I saw Lucas feeding buscuits to, was he really Ian son?

Or were they both lying?

God. My heart suddenly began pounding within me and it felt like my pulse was racing at three-sixty beat per minute.

I remember one time in the past, Lucas told me that he had a suspicion concerning the closeness between Ian and Arianna. He felt they were having something romantic behind his back.
