“I am surprised you summoned me.” her voice sharp as freshly cut diamonds reached my ears and it take every ounce of my will power not to flinch in front of her.
I turned slowly, making sure not to look at her face directly. My eyes caught the first sight of her feet. On her feet, Hecate wore silver sandals; her greaves cover her legs completely, and they are incredibly sturdy. The greaves are fastened with an extra strap across the top, probably for the easy removal.
I turned my gaze up, slowly. She was dressed in white robes with ornate silver designs, like runes or alchemy symbols, she never wears robes like that. I gathered all my strength and finally look up to meet her eyes.
I don’t know why but I was feeling guilty to look in her eyes. now, I have a conscience? I mentally face palmed myself as there is no time for regret. I call her, now no holding back.
