We stopped when we caught up with Feline and Ian.

“What’s wrong?” I asked.

"Amp, guys can we blow up some firecrackers for them first?" Feline asked.

"We went through the forest to surprise them and not for them to prepare for our attack," Rian replied.

I bent down to breathe because I was startled by the run.

"It looks like I stepped on a land mine," Feline replied.
