Verania's Point of View

"You know I can't possibly do that! I'm protecting you, and what's the point if I leave you?" I exclaimed in frustration, but he just sighed in response.

"Verania, for now, you should focus on Aunt Andromeda!" he yelled back, making me catch my breath.

"What if the same happens to you?"

"Verania, please, just listen this once!" he shouted, and even though it was painful to leave him, I quickly ran to where Miss Andromeda was.

I forced myself to move faster until I finally reached the restroom, where the only people present were Olivia, Aunt Charlotte, and Sir Roosevelt. I noticed Claudia, Miss Andromeda's daughter, was there too. I had planned to ask where the others were, but Olivia pulled me down to sit, and that's when I saw the state Miss Andromeda was in.
