Convincing
Emma’s POV
I checked my watch, it was already 10am. Damnit! I am already late. I immediately excused myself. I have to go the station.
On getting to the station, I saw the mayor in front of the office. The reporters were hounding her. I smiled and sneaked into the office.
Mayor’s POV
The governor has been on my neck since. I don’t even what to do. I have escaped from the reporters before when Smith was still on the run.
Now that he was arrested, I planned to keep a low-profile. I made enquiry and I was told that the reporters were at the station yesterday night.
I presumed that they won’t be here today. Who would have known they were here waiting for me? I don’t know what to do.

Mr Stewart’s POV “ Doctor, can I be discharged today?” I asked the on call doctor. “You don’t want to stay again?” he asked. I am not particularly fond of hospitals. Stanley’s POV “I heard that during Smith’s trial, the judges will be sitting en banc.” Nobody was surprised. “Maybe he will receive the death penalty; even though it is a bench trial,” said Kayla.
