Chapter Twelve
☾⭒☾⭒☾⭒☾⭒☾⭒☾⭒☾⭒☾⭒☾⭒☾⭒
He pulled me out towards the sliding glass doors that lead to the back of the house. He brought me through the gardens where I could see a gorgeous man-made waterfall that filled the backyard with its soothing sound. The flowers were in full bloom, which were all different colors that wrapped around the house, causing the scent to be light and flowery. I let out a giggle, thinking back to Griffens comments about Leo showing me the gardens. Leo cocked an eyebrow at me but continued to lead me further.
In the corner of my eye, I could see a large slab of concrete that laid in the very center. I walked over towards it immediately, realizing that it was huge. The way it laid, flowers surrounding its edge, could only mean that it was used for events that happened in the backyard.
