Freda's POV

I sat on the floor, my back pressed against the cold wall, my body trembling with fear. The room felt suffocating, the air heavy with tension. Tears streamed down my face as I tried to process what had just happened. How could Jim, someone I trusted, try to force himself on me?

My mind raced with a mix of disbelief and anger. I couldn't believe that someone I considered a friend could betray me in such a horrific way. The image of his face contorted with aggression haunted me, replaying over and over again in my mind.
