[Seraphine's POV]

"Riana? Wait!"

Unfortunately, my voice didn't reach her in time. She had already walked away with quick steps as if she wanted to escape.

My eyebrows furrowed in confusion. On this staircase, I paused my journey and chose to ponder about Riana's strange behavior just now. Could it be that she's afraid of me?
