CHAPTER 45: TUTOR

KELVIN'S POV

"Should I drop you home?" Austin asked as usual and I shook my head.

"I won't be going home today. I just got a part-time job as a home tutor." I explained, earning a confused look from two friends.

"Part-time work? When did you become so broke that you needed to work part-time to get some money? Why didn't you tell us anything?" Tine was annoyed.

He was staring at me impatiently, and I knew he was ready to throw a punch or two if my reply wasn't correct. After Austin told us about his ordeal with Adrian, we were angry about it for a while because Austin kept it away from us for several days while we were worried about him and since then, we all promised each other never to keep secrets anymore.

The day Tine hung out with a girl without telling any of us, I was the first to punch his chest and since then, I knew he had been waiting for me to screw up so he could pay me back tenfold.
