Mark shrugged his shoulders and pursed his lips not to grin. Growing up with Christian, he knew well that he shouldn’t cross the line regarding Eunice. It was a sin just to mention her name and joke in such a way.

“I’m sorry, Chris, but I am just stating the facts. We all know that the truth will reveal itself. As I’ve mentioned, Jullian will eventually learn that Eunice is his lawful wife through his twin brother’s selfish acts, which I call a malicious scheme.”

Mark furrowed his brows as he went on. “Too bad Jillian didn’t consider that his twin brother’s enemy bell would ring and locate him with the belief he is Jullian Lopez.”

Christian remained silent, so Mark continued to blab. Paul, on the one hand, was caught in a dilemma—should he leave now or wait for a new order? Perhaps it’s best to wait for a new order, as leaving now could risk missing out on important decisions from his boss.

“Why don’t we take this opportunity for those people to come out by themselves?” Mark added.
