Chapter 52
Miller Valley is a small city, yet successful. Their poverty rate is one of the lowest in country. They have jobs for every type of citizens. It's like the dream city for everybody. But, seeing the city in person is whole different kind of experience. The very air smells of life. Even the weather in the city is much more friendly, than any other cities in the country.
"This city is beautiful." Oliver exclaimed. His voice was full of amusement.
"Can't argue with that. It looks lively."
"Hey, do you remember little Ben?"
"Little Ben? Ben Bowen? Our classmate back in seventh grade? Yeah, I remember him."
"His family moved here after our graduation."

Theodore has finally been processed in Miller Valley, and now, we're on our way back to Burton Grove. This is the happiest day of my life, and I will never forget this until the day I die. Today is the memorial celebration for all the women that died at the hands of Theodore Burnett. There was a program dedicated for the remembrance of all his victims. The families of the victims were called upon the stage to be honored, and rewarded. The Governor awarded scholarship grants, and business fund assistance.It was a rather festive celebration commemorating the dead. There's the Burton Grove Band marching across the city. Every police officers are positioned in all the corners of the city. Even people from other cities visited to celebrate with the citizens of the city."Oh, my God. I didn't realize this city is so beautiful!" One tourist stated."Not just beautiful, historical too." One of her friends responded.Everyone is enjoying the festivities, and it will not be just a one-time celebration. The governor declared it to be an annual celebration. Something that would help the people of Burton Grove to remember how precious human life is.
