Maggie's Got Your Back!
Jeremy opened the door to the car for me and we took off on the direction of my mom's house. She lived in a small two bedroom house right by the dinner. It wasn't much, but it was good enough for us both.
Rugged old porch, but the flowers were always adorned around every corner. She loved to sit up by the porch on quiet days along with a good book and a cup of coffee.
She was special to me.... and although technically she was my aunt, she was all I had besides Jeremy. She was my momma! She earned that title long-lost ago.
He parked the car, placed it in park as he turned off the engine. He got off and ran to my side to help me out the car.
