The next morning, Adrian was the first to awaken, gently uncovering himself from the blanket and planting a tender kiss on Amber's cheek as she slumbered. After changing out of his nightgown, he dressed in a different clothes and went out of the room. Adrian was about to embark on a new experience. He made his way directly to the kitchen, his mind filled with thoughts of Amber's favorite meal. Donning an apron, he began his culinary endeavor.

The sound of a gas burner filled the kitchen as Adrian walked in.
