My sister and Andrew disappeared in the elevators, and I went to the table where I left my jacket. I took it out of my chair and put it on my back, and it was time for me to retire to my room. I’d drink a little too much to drive home, and I didn’t feel like calling a cab, so I asked the hotel’s reception to give me a suite.
