Too late
It was after a while when her consciousness started to return and she slowly opened her eyes. No wonder her head was heavy and felt her body extremely weak, not any energy left to move her limbs. But somehow she made little movements and tried to sit up.
As she turned her head to look, there was a glass of juice on the bed side table. Although she was afraid that she won't be able to grip it but the inflict of thirst was too much to bear. She forwarded her hand and tried to hold the glass so she can satisfy her dry mouth.
Luckily the glass didn't fall from her hand and she drank all the content in one go. She was extremely thirsty and she didn't know it. But as soon the juice reached her stomach, she started to feel better. It felt like some energy drink to her because it made her feel so much good and active.
Hesitatingly she looked around the door in which she was in. Disappointment hit her hard when she realized that she was in the same room
