Chapter Twenty Six

Ivy's POV

I woke up very early the next day, even before my alarm went off and I blamed it on the butterflies I felt in my stomach, not because of anything else but because my plan was finally going to be in motion and I felt like I had accomplished something very personal to me.

I sat up from my bed and looked at the my wall clock to see what time it was and I saw that it was a few minutes past four o'clock and I took some minutes to get myself grounded before getting up and going downstairs to have a glass of water. I then prepared some toast bread so I could have something in my stomach before starting to clean up and prepare for Alpha Jax's arrival. I was nervous but I was trying not to get caught up in the feeling and take things slow so I don't make a mistake. I walked to the living room and put on the television to watch some shows and just wind down before I go to prepare the food that we were going to eat in the evening.
