Chapter 97
Anna said, "I kinda hope we do. That would show all of the town that we can all live together in peace." Yara said, "I will tell Abby that she needs to talk to your parents. There are things the two of you need to know soon." Anna said, "It's just us and my mom. My dad was killed by a drunk driver." Yara said, "Okay. We can speak with your mom when we take you home, this evening." Damien said, "Yara, will you please let Abby come forward? We really need to talk to her now." Yara said, "Yes, Alpha. Your wish is my command." She winked at Damien, and I came forward. Damien was still chuckling when I came forward. I cringed as I said, "What did she say?" Damien laughed and said, "She was well behaved. I am pretty proud of her."
I said to Anna, "Is there anything else you need to ask me?" She said, "I just want to know what to expect, if we do have wolves." I said, "Let's find out if that is even a possibility before we get into that. Okay?" She said, "Okay. I can do that.
