Alone

Kyas POV

I was floating in darkness, feeling severe pain everywhere for quite some time before Athena’s voice came to me. "follow your instinct to the light” she murmured. I let my feet start walking and eventually, everything around me started changing.

Blurring into view I could see I was actually on a small dirt trail. Around me, the dark forest is illuminated by full moonlight. I gazed to the sky taking in the glorious view of the moon as it was dancing the night away with all of the stars twinkling and admiring it.

‘This moon's beauty is incomparable to anything else I’ve ever viewed’ I thought to myself feeling lost and unsure of this place. ‘This forest is different than any other. It feels darker and is eerily quiet.’

“Kya welcome” I heard a voice as a large wolf came stepping out from some bushes and trees by the trail. I could barely see her at first, but her white fur grew closer and closer.

“Athena!!!” My eyes widened looking directly at my wolf standing before me. “Y
