Today, Emily couldn't get out of bed because she had vomited up everything in her stomach since yesterday. Even until this afternoon, no food had survived.

However, Emily did not tell Shila about what she had been experiencing since yesterday. She did contact Shila, but only to give her a job to handle for a few days until she recovers.

Emily didn't need to say anything about her condition, Shila knew very well how her best friend was, so she didn't talk too much but did something important that she needed to do.

"Shila, are you still there?" asked Emily, who was trying to hold back the turmoil in her stomach that was coming on again. "Okay, wait a minute, and don't turn off your phone, okay?"

Emily put the phone, still connected to Shila, on the nightstand, and she dashed to the toilet and spilled the bitter yellowish liquid again.

It seemed that her stomach acid was unstable, and she needed medicine. However, if a doctor came here, Charles would find out about her current situation
