After lunch, I drove Katie back to the work building and she was letting me use her truck since she is on duty, so I drove to the DMV. I didn’t care that I was in uniform, I just needed a new driver’s license, since I only had a few weeks until mine expired, and because I now live in a different state. I parked her truck and went into the DMV. There weren’t too many people here, so hopefully I’d be out of here in about an hour. I filled out the necessary paperwork and waited in line. There were only 6 people in front of me. By the time I got to the front counter, I glanced behind me and there was about 20 people behind me. Ok, so this DMV is just as busy as the one back home in New York. It doesn’t take long for the place to get busy at all.
