Episode 10.2

I felt a sharp pain in my head. Raven smacked me hard. I immediately massaged it to soothe the pain and groaned. “Yes. I pity you.”

His left eyebrow rose and he growled at me. “For what reason?” 

“I only treat you as a—” he did not let me finish and smack me again on the head. What made it different from earlier is that he used a book instead of his hand.

I am about to complain when he opens his mouth to speak. “You’re really an idiot. I only said it for them to not bully you!” he said while glaring at me. “And besides, I like someone else.”

My eyes widened at what he said and I grabbed his arm like I was holding my life to it. “Oh my goodness! Who is the unfortunate woman?”
