" I knew you'd be worried about your grandson, but don't worry, I cooked nutrition for her a while ago, and I'm just reheating it. I'll send it to you right away," Beatrice replied and smiled.

In the room, Edward sat Clarice on the sofa until the numbness in her legs subsided from the time spent kneeling. At that moment, Beatrice knocked on the door and entered with Clarice's supplement. Edward seemed uneasy as he took the food from her hands.

"Beatrice, has my father not come home yet?"

"No, sir. Jason called President Filippo, but his assistant said he drank too much and was in a hotel, so based on that response, we believe he won't be back tonight," Beatrice replied promptly.

"He's staying out? And my mother, has she gone to bed?"

"Madam is lying down, but she hasn't slept yet; she's just waiting for my update on your father."

"Then tell her that my father will be back late at night and that he told her not to wait for him but to go to sleep," Edward thought for a moment and said.
