Eric's POV,

"Hey, you don't have to be sad about that you'll be fine I promise," I told her and then I brought our hands to my lips, and then I placed a soft kiss on it.

I didn't tell her I was going to be beside her this time around, because I know if she goes back home, I would have to let her go even if I don't want to.

Keerah looked up from our hands and stared into my eyes, the tears she was keeping at bay rolling down unto her cheeks and then I reached out my hand to wipe it off before hugging her.

I really disliked seeing a lady cry because it made me feel terrible like it was my fault they were crying, and I felt even worst right now as I watched Keerah cry knowing this was actually my fault.

I had turned her chirpy mood just a few minutes ago into a sullen one with my outrageous words and that made me feel complete like I was a douche bag and that I needed to fix this, so I said the one thing I knew she probably wants to hear...
