The only thing I was concerned about was her. I saw how she panicked. Even though she had managed to stay calm now, I didn't know when next it will hit again. I had once felt like this, the constant guilt, worry, trauma, every day was a nightmare and I just wanted to end it all. But through therapy, I was able to overcome it, I have been able to stay calm whenever I see or hear something that triggers my past traumas.

I don't want to ever experience something like that for life, and neither should anyone have to. And it hurt so much seeing how anxious she was. It must have been hard for her. I made a vow to protect her, but I always manage to fail woefully at that. I couldn't even protect her from this.
