Isabel couldn't believe her eyes, the letter reads; "Dear Isabel, I had no idea who paid for my surgery fee but I got better, I was supposed to be going for treatment on weekends, the very first Saturday that I went for treatment, the doctor advised I take an injection and I did, ever since then, I start to feel weak from the inside, I asked the doctors why I was feeling weak but they only told me I would be fine. I visited another hospital nine months later when the weakness I was feeling got intense, sadly, I was told that my heart has ruptured and that in few days, I would die. I think that the injection I took after I got better affected me, perhaps, someone wasn't happy I got better and killed me. As to why I couldn't come to see you at the prison, it was because I was embarrassed, I should have protected you from going to prison but I failed, I can't bring my powerless self to behold your face in prison.
