Eight hours later…
“I hate that son of an effing bitch, so manipulative and controlling.” Cherry grumbles while angrily throwing her good clothes into a worn-out duffel bag. “He thinks he’s all mighty and great, but that son of a bitch has something else coming by the time I am done with him. How the heck did he get me into this mess?” She asks herself.
Earlier that afternoon after the huge disagreement between them, Cherry refused to go home and prepare for the sudden trip to Honolulu but Rex already had other plans in mind if she tries to fight off, he even threatened to dress her himself and throw her into the plane if he needed to. Now it leaves Cherry hanging and slightly defeated because she thinks he won’t dare do it, regardless of her confidence she still ended up packing her bags. The last thing she wanted to experience is her perverted boss dressing her and fulfilling the wish he wanted.
“You don’t need to carry those.
"Cherry baby.” Rex called from across the table separating them. His voice stimulated with softness and soul tendering words, but behind that sweet gentle airlifting voice that speaks, lies an animal prepared to take down its prey. This predator waits patiently to attack because it will trap the prey when it least expects. “Hmm?” Cherry hummed in reply and spun around to stare into the eyes of her handsome gorgeous boss. His great aura spikes excitement and interest in every girl that spots him in the crowd. Rex was dressed in a traditional Hawaiian flora shirt which was really odd for his appearance. Cherry thinks the floral shirt puts a weird gay personality in him, and because of his strong intimidating aura she believes he looked ridiculous and less of a man. “You look beautiful today.” He commented. “So I wasn’t beautiful yesterday?” Cherry challenges with pouted lips to buy some favor from him. All the anger and insecurities tormenting her for d
They were both welcomed at the bottom of the plane stairs by two women in traditional Hawaiian attire and flowers decorating their necks. “Aloha, welcome to Honolulu.” They greeted and Rex nods at them. Cherry was nervous to respond and followed Rex out of the airport staying quiet. To Cherry’s surprise, there was a fancy blue car waiting for them at a corner. They both got in and Rex filled himself with work and unnecessary phone calls, while Cherry was left to stare out the window. Soon the car slowed to a stop at a hotel and they got out with the help of a chauffeur. The exterior design of the hotel was splendid compared to the few hotels she has been to in So-Oh. “Wow! Everything here is so amazing!” She exclaimed as they made their way to the automatic doors. “That’s not all the amazing you are seeing, wait till you see the room.” Rex smirked seductively and walked to a lounge where Cherry will wait for him. “Wait here for me, I will be b
By the time Rex got inside the suite Cherry was still standing where she was left. Her eyes undoubtedly sank in the beauty of the room, for a second her focus was drifted from the luxury to Rex entering the room. She secretly observed the change in his demeanor, there was something wrong after he left the room and she was curious to know. "What happened? You look… not… happy?" Cherry nervously asks him but kept her distance. "It's nothing.” He replied but had a disturbed look crossing his face almost diverting his attention from the world. “Okay?” Cherry says while awkwardly standing beside him. “What do you want to eat?" Rex inquire and stood up to cook something for them. "Anything." Cherry shrugs and follows him. She sat on a stool and watched him get to work. This kind of moment was new and uncommon, it was something definitely worth watching because it may also be the last time it will ever happen. ‘my egoist boss in the kitch
Sitting on the Waikiki beach was refreshing as Rex promised her, it was truly a memory. After getting enough suntan on the beach Cherry stood up from the picnic mat a random stranger gifted her and walked to the only bar on the beach. There she met different people chilling and talking randomly, she decides to fetch some light snacks from the bar and hoped to contact Rex as soon as possible. Cherry recalled the hours before now when she waited patiently for Rex to return back to the suite which he didn’t, almost a day had passed and he was yet to show up. Cherry felt betrayed and abandoned, she felt like he did it on purpose to punish her for nothing. How inconsiderate for him to abandon her in a room she is unfamiliar with, and in a country she’s never been into. The loneliness she experienced that night was very depressing and traumatic due to her past life of living alone, fending, starving, and having nobody to lean on but it all changed when she started spending
A very pissed off Rex carried Cherry all the way from the Waikiki beach to the hotel by foot, without a care in the world and ignoring the stares of curious pedestrians and fans. His unnecessary rage was too much to compare, he merely pounced it on every living soul the passes him, including the plants decorating the reception, they all suffered his rage. Cherry felt the intense anger and crisis radiating from Rex, the aura grew strong as they advance to his suite but she couldn’t say a word to stop it, she was terrified to confront him in this stage when he isn’t listening or thinking. Cherry feared her words may anger him to an extent which she tries to prevent since yesterday. So as a good girl, she remains quietly relaxed in his arms to get lost in her own thoughts until they entered the suite. Rex stepped into the elevator supporting her back with his upper arm so he could punch the button to their floor after refusing and scaring a nice hotel worker that offere
A month after… A month has passed since their arrival to Hawaii and they were yet to do any work-related stuff, most of the time spent in the past few weeks was either on the beach or in the hotel watching movies. Cherry felt the need to confront him but got distracted by every movie he offered. What creeps her to the bones was Rex constantly shadowing her every place she goes except for bathroom breaks sometimes her bedroom which she was forced to lock because of him, so annoying. Just as Rex promised, her weekly payment keeps hitting her account but what was the need? She barely even left a hand to do anything and her bank account was flowing with money, not that she complained but it is just really useless and strange. Every day was the usual, bread and chocolate drinks for breakfast, movies at noon, and chaos dinner time. And a few times when he needed her skills he’ll only let her arrange some blank documents that didn’t need to
As the day go by Peter and Ink's mood grew beyond frustration. Cherry made them dehydrated, exhaust their energies, made their stomach grumble from hunger, and because she is yet to find a dress, a simple evening dress! And did they mention she is not a big fan of shopping? The trio had been to fifteen different clothing stores looking for the perfect dress Rex requested but the young girl is having a hard time deciding on something, putting both men in deep stress. It was starting to get late so Ink checks his wristwatch constantly to be sure they aren’t passing the time Rex asked them to be back, but with Cherry running around different malls like a lunatic and totally embarrassing Peter and Ink at an underwear store made both men vow to never have a girlfriend like this. “Let's promise ourselves, this will be the first and last time we will ever get ourselves in this kind of situation.” Peter told Ink while they waited outside the dressing room where Cherry was st
Cherry angrily drags herself forward, snatches the garment bag Peter threw on the couch, and stomped into her room. She slams the door behind her and went to sit on the bed. Cherry gets even frustrated with herself for dancing to his tune, again and again, Rex somehow knows how to break her using his own commands and she reluctantly follows every order despite putting up a fight. When her eyes glanced at the garment bag holding her dream gown something brilliant popped into her mind and she goes to check her reflection on the mirror. “This old me is getting a once-off makeover.” Cherry walked into her walk-in closet to fetch some things to get ready then she goes into the bathroom for a quick shower, after a warm scrub she steps out in an oversized towel too heavy to walk about but she still killed it. Cherry pampered her skin with some cream and powder before putting on the royal blue dress and the shoes Peter selected for her. She goes back to the c
