Chapter 26 – New Friend
Renzo went to Oliver’s company the following morning. The man assigned to receive him scrutinized him in a serious manner.
“Mr. Taylor left instructions. Anyway, each employee’s files are private so only managers and up will have access to them, if they so desire to check. If you want to maintain a good relationship with your co-workers, best not to let them know that you lack certain qualifications. Also, I expect you to perform well. Prove it that you deserve this position.” His immediate boss didn’t mince words. Renzo liked him instantly. He’s frank, direct with his words.
“Yes, sir. I understand.”
Though he only planned to check if the job is real, after the paperwork is done in the morning, he was given a tour in the afternoon of areas assigned to him.
