CHAPTER 25 -Guilt

I walked back to the packhouse feeling guilty for pushing Aria. It was the only way I could think of to avoid making a move on her. Her scent set my senses on high alert and I wouldn’t last long. Standing so close to her would make me do something irrational.

I never expected her to fall and hurt her shoulder. She seemed in great pain. My instincts told me to pick her up and take her to the pack hospital.
