Adira’s POV

Alpha Liam’s lips on mine at this moment felt so right and I couldn’t help myself but to move my hands to touch him. Last night he had said that he couldn’t be with me unless he knew I was free to be with him, but I didn’t care at this moment about that, and neither did he. In all honesty, if I had been betrothed to someone else back home, they would have come for me by now if I was that important to them.

What was developing between the two of us felt right and I didn’t want to stop it or put it on pause. What I wanted was right here in the now with him. The feeling of his desire in this kiss and the need he has to be with me, I reciprocated back to him, letting him know how much I wanted him too.
