Chapter 28

Adira’s POV

Tears began to pour down my face as he opened the door for me to my room and my heart began to ache as if it was broken into a million little pieces. I have no clue who those two she wolves were or who this Aira was, but what I do know is that I was not the girl that they spoke of, and I was sure that whomever this Alpha Zane was, I was not betrothed to him. But I could tell that Alpha Liam was hurting just as bad as I was, and he was a man of honor and if I was betrothed to another, he was stepping back from what we have together.

I couldn’t help when I heard the door close, to leave out a howl of pain, as I threw myself onto the bed grabbing a pillow and pulling it close to me.
