Problem

I turned to him in amazement. Should i ask him?

"Finally ask!" He ordered me. But not according to the motto, spit it out, then we'll finally have it behind us, but much more , give me a little normalcy . He seemed nervous again. Did that have something to do with this mansion he had disappeared into? Did he fear I knew what was behind it? But why should that make him nervous? That didn't make sense. Should I ask him about it now?

"What should I ask you?"

He snorted and started again as soon as the light turned green. "Wherever it's going, of course."

Of course, because he certainly wouldn't talk to me about this property. In his opinion, the way he behaved was none of my business. Did that mean it was like Taid again? Did he have any more illegal things to do?

O things are heating up now. Reese"s job is on the line, because someone removed his warni g signs. I hope they expose the one(s) behind the missing signs.
