8:30 PM

The door opened.

And Niky was walking in.

“Hi,” I said putting a wide smile on my face.

“Hey,” He said copying my smile. I grabbed his bag from him and handed him his drink. He took it saying thank you and I placed his bag on the floor near his coat rack. Then moved to take his jacket off and he let me. As he took a drink from his glass.

“How was your day?” I asked him placing his coat on the coat rack. I walked back in front of him and looked him in his gorgeous stormy blue eyes.

He looked at me and I saw sadness in his eyes, and it made me feel sad.

“What’s wrong?” I asked him as I loosened his tie for him.

“It’s just been a long day for me that’s all.” He said giving me a small smile, I could tell he was a bit sad but his Russian accent did things to me, and I shuddered a bit rubbing my legs together. “In fact,” He put his glass down and grabbed my hands, leading me to the couch. “You know I love you right?”
