31. Their desire

Kendrick brought her to his personal mansion which is close to the palace. His closeness was messing with her mate's bond and she was getting needy of his touch as she clung to him. He couldn't hold himself anymore as well.

He brought her to the bedroom and dropped her on her feet. She looked at him with drunk eyes. The tough palm of Kendrick wrapped around Faith's arm harshly, pulling her back against his hard chest as he possessively secured her in his arms when she tried to move away in sudden shyness.

"Ke…Kendrick.." She whispered, struggling against his hard torso, guilty pleasure consuming her. His simple touches were enough to make her weak on her knees. "Wh…what's happening to me…?" She questioned, unable to handle the raising desire anymore.
